I'm practically new on here and I have been away from the GT online community for quite a while now. (mainly GT6) and now that I know what some cars that will be in the upcoming GT sport and I don't really hear about what tracks will/should be in. I was going to do a youtube video but I don't think it would've been that worthy so I decided to hear your guys opinion and ideas for the classic tracks from previous GT titles. Now seeing there's only roughly around 19 or 15 tracks that will be in the game (layouts don't count) now only 6 tracks have been confirmed (not to sure about the other dirt track) so we should choose wisely.
No tracks that was new to GT5 and GT6 why? Because it wouldn't feel new and some new tracks are abit boring and we should have more newer tracks even in a game with a limited amount of tracks and to be honest I do want it to feel a little bit like home similar to the older GT games.

Rules: Choose 3 tracks/2 back up suggestions

My top 3:

1. Special stage route 11 (1-3)
2. George V paris (GT4 only)
3. Red Rock Valley Speedway. (GT2)

Reserved:
1. Grindwald (GT2) it was a village track.
2.Costa Di Amalfi.

Those are my Top 3 suggestions the reserved ones is a prediction just in case none of the top 3 gets called up into the game.

So yep that's pretty much my opinion and suggestions although it's most likely never going to happened so what's your ideas?

This may be a very hard decision to make so I'm running a poll vote as well just in case you can't make up your mind. Its for what ones that should get the most attention or ones you really want but you can't decide like for example you like alot of the street circuits that was in GT4 only but can't decide but wishes to have one of them in GT sport. (Basically the same with mid field)

Welcome to :gtplanet:.

You can vote for any track you want in the game here.

Rally- Taihiti Maze
Track - SS Route 11
Casual Drive - Citii di Arria (spelling)

Runner up:
Swiss Alps
Hong Kong
Costa di Amalfi (spelling)

Otherwise I'd rather get older GT tracks and take out newer ones like Cape Ring from GT5.

Special Stage Route 11, its been 15 years!

However, Seattle Short must be in the new game, we see it is the third most wanted track to feature in GT with a average lap time of 50 seconds!

We see the track may be based off GT2. The lap time is about 1:10 but we may be dealing with LMP's in GT SPORTS timings.

Sorry, but without Mt Panorama....
it's hardly worth it. especially after all the effort spent laser-scanning, etc previously
one of THE toughest tracks on the planet, that produces excellent racing and passing for every class of car.

1. Smokey Mountain
2. El Capitan (can I include the dirt variations?)
3. Tahiti Maze

Reserved:
1. Opera Paris
2. SSR11 (either)

The dirt tracks stand out more than the tarmac tracks to me, apparently.

1. Seattle
2. El Capitan
3. Costa Di Amalfi

Reserved:

1. Tahiti Maze
2. Complex String, but with the ability to race on it (appeared for testing only).

That's going to be a hard question but since you didn't want any tracks that were featured in GT5/GT6, that made the list a little bit easier...just little. Also i will just select one type of tracks for my 3 main choices:

1) City Course: Special Stage Route 11 (GT1 or GT3 layout)
2) Original Track: El Capitan
3) Rally Course: Tahiti Maze (GT3 and later version, Mostly dirt road with a tarmac road at the start/finish)

Reserved:

1) New York
2) Seattle Course

Now thinking about it, i want to fix my ps2 and play GT4 once again.

1. El Capitan
2. El Capitan
3. El Capitan

I have no interest in GTS at all. I'm not going to buy it but if they included El Capitan I'd pre order it straight away.

It is, to me, the greatest not real track PD or anyone else for that matter, have ever made.

I would say:
- Old Rome (GT3 version)
- El Capitan
- Seattle (GT4)

... and I would strangelly add New-York (GT4) in reserve: I initially hated the track in carreer mode and for hotlap but started to enjoy it a lot when we started to use it in local multiplayer. Actually, it was quite fun.

Maybe. If that pic actually is anything (it'd be leaked info by now by the people who actually raced it I guess). And besides that is their fastest time. The GT2 replay is one lap with a stand-still start. If it had more laps I'd guess the laptimes would be closer to 55 sec.

I forgot this appeared at the event i wish we could've seen the track itself or the lap highlights i consider that a mistery for gt sport. Unless if it's a secretly beta track like the beta tracks from the ps2 or they might be hiding the fact that they secretly played GT2 and used the escudo pikes peak in time trial. Something I'm dying to know.

Wow, three tracks? That's gonna be hard. I'm going off purely what is unconfirmed so far.

1) Grand Valley Speedway
2) Toscana Rally Course
3) Circuit de la Sarthe

Backups
1) Smokey Mountain
2) Seattle Circuit (updated of course)
