So I was tuning up my Chevrollete Chevelle for the second time, I bought and installed a couple things. The problem is before I tuned it up my car would hit top speeds. But after buying, my car stops at 130 mph. I don't know what it is but there is also a flashing red dot on the bottom left when it hits 130. Can someone please help me?

Have you checked your gear ratio's?
Go to setup under transmission, move the mouse pointer across to the dial and you can set the top speed that the gears will allow. Make sure to keep it around the top speed of the car or you'll just be wasting gears (can go a little lower for really technical tracks).

Assuming the person did not change anything as the message states it is the second time i see this happening to someone on here today. Starting to think this game is beginning to develop glitches already.

Definately a gear problem. Muscle cars without a properly set fully adjustable trans are worthless. I'm guessing you bought the non-adjustable unit. Get rid of it.
