What Did I do Wrong?

I tuned my Chevy Chevelle twice, the problem is that the second time I tuned it I installed something I shouldnt have, but I dont know what it is. The HP on my car is about 700, but when I accelerate it only goes up to 130 and stays there. There's also a red flashing light on the bottom right corner I dont know what it means. Does anyone know if I need to install something or take out? If so what can I do to fix this

Do you have the race transmission?

Pretty much all the musle cars have a low red line so you need to adjust the ratios.

I think you've bought the close ratio gearbox and not the fully customisable gearbox.....either that or haven't bought a gearbox at all yet.
