Good first attempt. It seems a bit out of focus though. Also, you really need to have an idea of the main point of the picture you want to emphasize. Nothing in this pic really stands out, it more seems just like simply a picture of a pit crew changing tires on a NASCAR. Maybe nextime you could emphasize the speed involved in a pitstop and maybe make the guy with the tire blur a little bit more or something. Or maybe you could glorify the car by focusing on it more.
