What ever happened to Venturi?

i'm in a nastalgic state of gt2 and i was just wonderin why we got like gillet and lost venturi i'm sure it's prob some like rights thing that gt3 couldn't get but, if i had a choice i'd rather like to drive my yellow venturi then the gillet.
