I've been a gran Turismo fan since GT3. I've played on all the installments of the game and today have decided to create a gtplanet account, to express my views on what GT7 requires in order for me to continue to follow the series.
The jump from GT6 to GT7 needs to be on the same level as the jump from GT4 to GT5. In my opinion, GT6 was a refinement of GT5, which should not have been released as a separate game, but instead, a spec 3.0 for GT5. For GT7 to be able to compete with Forza/ Project cars/ Drive club there should upgrade the following.
These are just my OPINIONS and I would love to hear yours too. Sorry for any spelling errors and leave feedback in the comments

In my opinion, GT6 was a refinement of GT5, which should not have been released as a separate game, but instead, a spec 3.0 for GT5. For GT7 to be able to compete with Forza/ Project cars/ Drive club there should upgrade the following.
- Car paint customization - Let us create the paint and have custom vinyls. Let users create paint jobs and sell them for a certain amount of cr to other users.
- Used car dealership/ car trading - We need a similar system used by steam to trade cars/ paints so there cannot be any greifing. The used car dealership gave us more to do after completing the core of the game. It allows a gt40 to be rare, and not something everyone has, regardless of whether they can afford it.
- Rain/ weather simulation - The rain effects where plain better on GT5 () as well as grip simulation, visibility and visual effects are in general are poor on all gran turismo games. Puddles, like in forza 6, are something I would like to see
- 360 degree car view - Come on. Even ps2 games would let you view the sides of your car whilst driving
- In game photo option whilst online - Let us use photo travel whilst using online free run
- More tyre options - We should be able to adjust tyre width and air pressure on wheels as well as possible different real life brands. Ie sports tyres should have Pirelli, Bridgestone, Continental, rather than hard, medium soft ect
- A queue time for lobby's - People waiting to join a full lobby should be put into a queue.
- Tyre wear/ temperature - I personally do not notice the difference between a cold and warm tyre. But maybe that's just me.
- Small city track... literally - I've noticed the most popular lobbies are 70mph cops, cruise or car shows. I think people would enjoy a real life city environment to be able to drive in, with highways and tight roads.
- More realism in tunning - Ie, when adding Nitros to a car, you only gain speed. The option should add weight to the car so it does not benefit drivers when not in use. This can also be used when adding cosmetics to a car such as a wing, even if its only a Kg.
- Track temperatures - Cars racing on Cote d'azur should have more grip than cars racing on silver stone, as generally , the UK is much colder.
