The 90s stock car that was supposed to be re done into a late model and the Daytona Beach Track? Any plans for those in PCARS 3 @IanBell @The_American since it doesn't appear that they will be in as DLC?

My bet with the Stock Car is trying to evade licensing issues with NASCAR and/or Ford. Even the custom liveries for the Ford Fusion are no more if only because people will paint real NASCAR liveries for the car and show them online/youtube.
You can't even set an "official" Time Trial time using the Fusion Stock Car at Indianapolis or Daytona (I assume Texas as well).
I miss the ole Caper, though. There were few better cars in the first game to chuck around. But the new Fusion is very similar.

The Caper led to some very frustrating moments but it was a blast to drive. I'm hopefully that PCARS 3 will dive inot short tracks/dirt ovals since they already have the basic necessities in place to implement those types of races.

I had lots of fun with the Caper in the first game and was looking forward to getting it out on an oval and seeing the differences between it and the fusion.
