What is the best car for light weight racing?

Which series? The Lotus Elise is one of my favorites.

Ginetta you win it in the K cup I think. Its a nice one and its rear drive .

For just the K cup I used the suzuki cappuccino. Picked it up cheap in the used car lot, its like a mini miata.

I've heard some good things about the Ginetta, it's supposed to be a blast to drive once you turbo it. I just used the '87 Civic race car I won from the Honda Civic series and put a stage II engine upgrade on it, it blew everything out of the water, but wasn't much fun to drive.
