What is the biggest penalty you've ever been given in Gran Turismo 7 or even GT Sport?

I skipped the Monza Chicane early in the racetrack when I was driving in a Tomahawk X to test out the severity, I wasn't disappointed at all! 53 Minutes and 11 Seconds were given to me after I passed the chicane at 300'ish MPH/ 536'ish KM/H.

I had a good chuckle. 🤣

I think 15 seconds when it was a Daily A with a slidey car and 5 sec wall pens. It was fine, though... I had to take a leak and was able to do that while serving the pen.

I know plenty players got that one minute for not pitting and/or not changing tyre compounds.
