Been playing gt tonight and keep getting disqualified even when have no penalties Get the message saying any more collisions and you will be disqualified then somebody hits me from behind and i get disqualified ffs. Love the game but really pissing me off tonight has happened 4 times now and not even had any penalties . Anyone else having the same problem please.

Can't really help you I'm afraid, I've literally never seen that warning or been DQ'd, seems unlikely it's a problem with the game but

The jist of things here is

He who gets the penalty is in the wrong

I dont agree with this, the system has some issues IMO but it is what it is

Oh yes there many others penalties that others may not experience/see it. Ive went thur abundance times. Simple response cant do anything about it. So either continues to play or not.

I'm not saying every collision is your fault but it looks like you need to try a lot harder to avoid contact. The ranking system is constantly monitoring you and the lack of penalties is likely due to your rank. Go up a rank or two and you'll start seeing a lot more penalties if you carry on driving the same way.

I hadn't even touched any other vehicle and got kicked when somebody hit me from behind. Always try not to collide as some the people that play it just seem to want to do all the time and do spoil the game for people who play it for how it should be played. I turned the system off and restarted it and it didn't happen after that apart from usual penalties that happen that are sometimes hard to avoid.

Like I said, the rank system constantly monitors you so a previous, possibly incident filled race carried over into the next.

Which sport race did you get disqualified from?

Race B tokyo expressway. Like i said once i turned my ps4 off and restarted it it didn't happen like that afterwards apart from the usual ones that are sometimes unavoidable.

the problem is this game is not for fun but for cultivating patience

Tokyo explains a lot. Most of the track variants there are SR killers. Especially in the lower, extremely aggressive ranks. Great tracks to hot lap on, races, not so much. You need a lot of cooperation from other drivers to race safely there.

I honestly don't want to offend you but your SR graph tells me a different story. It's one of the worst safety ratings I've ever seen so you have to look at your own driving habits too.

Forget DR for a while and don't take other peoples bad moves personally. Instead of battling with them, do everything you can to avoid them and work on increasing your SR. Race C is ideal for this as there's a lot more SR points on offer. Drive a lot more passively and you'll see improvements in the other drivers behaviour as your SR increases. Hitting 99 SR (max safety rating) will be a world away from where you are now and a lot more enjoyable.

Thank you. I didn't know what that dr and sr things ment till u have just let me know. I must admit i do react at times when others trying to ram me and that i see red sometimes . Im what you mite say as an older player so didn't really know about how all your accidents and that are there for me to reflect on Im going to have a look at all that now that you have explained what they ment because i really had no idea and now its my mission to reduce all that and hopefully progress more. My wife does go mad with me at times as i get too into the game and shout at the screen when people are just playing it to ram u off the road But honestly thank you for your advice and also helping me to understand the game more and where i am damaging my own game playing experience.
