What is wrong with the ramming penalty

So for the last few races this little crap head (HK_HK_HK_HK_HK) would constanly ram me and everyone but I get the penaly and he goes on free, how did this transvestite do this? I dont even move and suddenly a four second penalty, really why bother at all why doesnt it just kick you out of the race your not going to win or catch up with four seconds of nothing. Or another time i turn into a corner clean and smooth, ramming penalty, rediculious. Does anyone know if there will be a patch or something for this? But most importantly is gt5 going is going to have all of this?

It sometimes is annoying. But you're not the only one who has this. If it makes you feel any better. I hope we have penaltysettings in GT5.

I was stuck having to race with HK_HK_HK as well. And I can tell you first hand the penalty system is broken. With punting and cutting corners he still came in first place?? While I'm still playing catch up from all the penalty "gifts".

Oh yes i remember this guy.He hit me a couple of times knocked me off the course and such,but after that he left me alone.If my memory serves me right i believe me and you raced against each other while this guy was doing this nonsense.

Yeah i agree that the penalty system needs to be checked,but i think in the room that we was in doesn't include the ramming penalty.I may be wrong though.

I don't expect this stuff to fly in the Full game though.

This is the kind of stuff that turned me off of the online portion of GT5P. Apparently, the dirty driver gets more justice than the victim. Why should he get a 5 second penalty if the crash will cause me to get back on track about double or triple the time is beyond me.
