What safety cars are available and how can you get them all?

As far as I can tell, there's only 3 safety car models in the game:
-Nissan GTR R35 pace car;
-BMW M4 safety car;
-AMG GT safety car.

The R35 you can only get by getting gold on all license tests, the other two comes up on the mileage exchange quite frequently, you just need about 5k miles to buy them.

(I might have screwed their names, I can't remember them)

Correct makes on those three, but wrong models; the Nissan is a GT-R R35, the BMW is an M4 Coupe, and the Merc is the AMG GT. No idea if there are other safety cars however, those three are the only ones I've seen.
