What settings you recommend for TGT-2 post 1.55?

Hi everyone, what setting you do you recommend? I am experimenting with testing how high I can set the FFB sensitivity before having too much oscillations. However, many websites recommend to keep this at 1 and I feel it very numb. Curious to see what's your take on that
