I think a good song for the intro would be either..

"Night Drive" By All-American Rejects

or

"Shadows of Our Past" By Daiki Kasho

"Night Drive" does sound pretty fitting for a GT intro, in my opinion.

I think an edit of 'Netsky - Pirate Bay' would fit very well, as would 'Republica - Ready To Go'. Of course, 'Manic Street Preachers - Everything Must Go (Chemical Brothers Remix)' would fit perfectly, though perhaps that's an outdated and exhausted idea.

edit: GT3, GT4, and GT5 used 2 songs on there intros... I am now watching GT1 and GT2.
GT1 sounds like it has one song split into 2 parts... GT2 has 1 songs... The physics in GT1 were very good(judging by the intro video)... PD's video production department is amazing... (o_o)

edit again: after watching all 5 intros, and the advancements between consoles... I cant wait to see what they add on GT7...

I'd like to see this, but they've never used a Daiki Kasho song as the initial intro of a Gran Turismo game (except for GT5P I think).

If they do end up using another song, it needs to be as epic and as memorable as 'My Favourite Game', 'Just a Day' and 'Reason is Treason/Panama' were. 'My Chemical Romance didn't really possess that in my opinion

Yeah, I'm gonna bet that the new Daiki Kasho song ("Be Alive"? Can anyone hear the lyrics correctly?) in the Vision GT trailer is going to be the intro.

But I'm also fine with anything else as long as its still in the Rock genre and as long as its not MCR again (who recently broke up anyway). Daiki Kasho's remix of "Are You Gonna Go My Way" in GT3 was awesome, btw, so a similar remix should also suffice.
