What things should GT4 have thats different from GT3??

I thing for Gt4 they should put some street trucks.  Like have the car races and then have the rally races then street truck races.  I think that would get more people to buy it because alot of people like street trucks.  You should be able to customize you car more like anywhere from appearence to whats under the hood.  That would be neat.  

Here post all of you ideas of what should be different and what should be the same.

What'd be great for GT4 would be to can show your personally customized car (define your painting, add your stickers, have the scanned picture of your grandma on the doors...) on internet and can trade cars by internet.

I think what I would like most would be the ability to build your own cars, like we do with hybrids in GT1 and GT2.  Just take a car body of your choice, throw in an engine, suspension, transmission, etc., and there you go.  A custom built car YOU designed, for YOU to race with.  Except probably without the huge amount of hp that you can make in those games, lol

Lol, maybe it would be if the developers didn't handle it right.  But you have to admit, it would add tons of variety to the game, and you could build those cars you loved in earlier games that weren't included in the later ones.

custom paint jobs, drag strip, street trucks, custom spoilers, real time (if it's dark outside when you play it should be dark outside on the game) , inside view where you can see at least part of the dashboard and the wheel, and have some sort of radio control like metropolis street racer has (maybe) and Ferrari's!!! especially a 360 modena

Funny, i was just askin my self: maybe, if somebody made a big list of adjustments and opinions about a PERFECT grand turismo game (GOLD Edition), maybe someone from would ACTUALLY bring it on to the developers!!!!

I would sacrifice A LOT to once play a PERFECT granturismo game!!!

I also think you should be able to buy used cars, i really enjoyed gt2 because of all the used car you were able to explore...it gave the game almost eternal life....(i think it would be great if you ex were able to buy a Peugeot 605, or Opel Calibra, Opel Omega, Ford Taunus all those nice older cars, I want to try them..!!!!

I want to add something to that big list of yours, many of you probably have noticed, the cars in GT3 dont have a person in them, their simply run away cars that can steer quite well. In the next GT, they should let you creater your own character, and also let you enable damage on your car. another thing, is that you should be able to play multiplayer online with no latency problems. I know this will eventually happen, the PS2's cable modem mod should come out sonner or later.

There should be online play with the ps2 modem, and there should be a course thats just a straightaway.

I've got an insane idea, I think there should be a multi-player option in GT4.  Be able to do 8-player vs races with the multi-tap adapters, and have an extra video adapter to display on up to 8 different tvs.  I think that would make the greatest video game ever.  Similar to the 8-player Daytona racing game at Dave and Busters.  What do you think?

this is not a racing game on the streets..
it is a STREET racing game,meaning u drive street cars on the track?
and damage?
i think u have forgotten the idea of the game...
for a start do you really think that 30 car manufactures are all going to say yes to there cars being displayed completely smashed up? some of them wouldnt tolerate the wheels being changed...
do you think desighning a game is easy?
the diffrence between gt3 and other games is not damage,its quality, the programers spent 2 weeks to 3 weeks on every car,they made sure they got everything right on every car.
could somone please tell me another game in which you have so many options to customise your car?
id like to see body kits as well...

so if your looking for a game where u cruiz around the streets dont buy GT3, because its a RACING game,buy NFS 1 2 3 4 5,because thats a driving game
