Master Blaster my post was for Boosted Jetta and not to you sorry about the confusion i should have put his name on my reply. In all my years of driving sims and games the Logi Tech wheel is the closest to the real thing. Dead center control is as close as it gets. Other wheels at dead straight ahead you have to move the wheel a lot just to get a minute correction The other wheels just do not have the resolution that the Logi Tech has.
I put some foam under my brake pedal to make it feel even more realistic. I cut it to fit inside of the arm of the pedal and make contact with the base to increase effort as I press down feels good I have to push hard to get to the limit of braking.

well..i got it to work, but not in digital mode. seems like it only wants to function in dual analog. also...i have to program all the buttons in order for the gas etc to work. and the steering isnt quite like id want it to be...ive got the wheel itself adjusted, but how do you fine tune it in options???

where the wheel icon shows, calibrate the wheel there

got the Mad Catz 2 figured out now :banghead: ...you have to program the gas and brake, and shifter if as well. then you have to calibrate it on the wheel itself, this will adjust the dead zone for the Left/Right turning on the wheel..i found a pretty good spot. as far as the gran turismo options go, it cant find the wheel..since it isnt USB. only flaws i can see are that the gas doesnt really have that much sensitivity..pretty much the bottom 3/4 is full throttle, and if you barely touch it, its about half throttle.

it shoudl be on there, it says on the bottom.. but is that pretty decent.. and you have ot remember i'm cashed out... so i can offered cheap ones haha

Full-Size, 10-Inch Racing Wheel (standard size for PC racing wheels)
Rubber Hand Grips (yellow version)
2 Wheel-Mounted Gear Shifters
4 Action Buttons
Dual Clamping System
Space-Saving Design Console
Realistic Gas And Brake Pedals
Weighted Pedals Base
Non-Slip Textured Floorboard
USB Port Connection ....

i want cheap but decent one, one i can drift in

Yeah, I went through the same steps. The thing is though, it didn't make sense to me when I stepped on the pedal since it wasn't sensitive enough for precise control. Oh well. I'm planning on getting the Initial D wheel for PS2 when Initial D Special Stage comes out!

Ok Thio to calibrate the Mad Catz 2 you first press the button that is behind the wheel and highest up, press it and floor the Accelerator twice.

Then Press the next button under it and you'll be in the steering callibrate mode, To use this you use the little round directional pad in the middle of the wheel, up and down is the steering center (RED), and left and right is the steering lock (GREEN).

I've found that the best callibration is to have the two red lines dead center (the two lines will turn into one) and the steering lock third colour bar from each side. Its the settings i use and love and is perfect for drift.

As for the the controls (in Options) Just go to run and settings and muck around till u get it right.

P.S. the symbol for the pedals looks like two of the anlougue joysticks.

Ok i know this is a bit confusing but if you can work out my crazy code you'll be set, Good luck Thio.
