As we know, realistic physics are important in a proper racing simulator, and Gran Turismo is continuously improving in this area.
Apart from the actual physics engine though, how are each car's performance and handling actually modeled in the game - in order to make them behave as close to their real-life counterpart as possible?
Is it as simple as plotting in some values (eg. various car specs), or do you have to tweak each specific "handling model", to make it feel like the real thing?
