So yeah, what is the best Lamborghini? Gallardo, Murciélago or Superveloce?

And someone have an awesome tune for the Gallardo?

I need to know this fast, because i wanna have a good Lamborghini for everything and i can't for now. :indiff:

I like the Gallardo, fully modified, works a treat, the Murcielago LP-640 is by far my favourite to drive, but it suffers in the corners, but fun to drive. Not tried the Supervolce, but out of the LP's, for racing, the Gallardo.

The Murio has to pretty good bc every race i remember it being in, it did extremely well...

The 640 is challenging but most rewarding.. I will probably buy that, couple of weight reductions and good tires and it can be good as any other car

NOMAD Diablo. Just because she's Standard doesn't mean she ain't a beauty! :sly:

You also need a toyota vitz to complete the game, I wouldn't say thats the best toyota.

That's a dumb analogy and you know it.
👎 Useful =/= Best

Not that the Gallardo isn't an amazing machine, I just hate your logic.

At least I'm employing some sort of logic. The OP said "i wanna have a good Lamborghini for everything". Not two Lamborghinis, ONE. He has to buy a Gallardo sooner rather than later. If you answered "Murcielago" you're essentially telling him to buy both, only he doesn't know that yet because it sounds like he's just starting out. That's $600k worth of cars plus mods. For what? The Murcielago is a little bit bigger, a little bit heavier, with a little bit more power. Big whoop. Not worth flushing $400k+ at the very beginning of the game for a nearly identical car he doesn't need. He can always go back and buy it later when he gets to the big dollar races. Don't do him the disservice of giving bad advice based on semantics.

In the beginning of the game I bought the SV too, stupid me. I won a lot with it, but the other guy is right, the Gallardo would be the best choice (not best car).

don't get the SV if you're looking for more out of the 670. poor choice. i haven't tried the gallardo. not sure that i will since there are faster, lighter cars out there. i'd trust these guys if they say the gallardo performs better than the other 2. i had great luck with the 670 in b-spec. sorry i fell for the "upgrade".

..........Are you actually serious?
Dead serious. If the Vitz drove like an LF-A but was 2/3rds the price, and was required to own when the LF-A wasn't, and you could only choose one of the two, then yeah, the Vitz would be the Toyota to get. But that's not the case, so your analogy is DERP.

You dont have to choose one of the two. Some games are meant to be blasted through, and some are meant to spread out over a longer period of time. My "Analogy" was just meant to point out how what you said didn't really work.
If I had worded it like you did.. "The Toyota Vitz is the best toyota simply because thats the only one you need to complete the game", in the end you shouldn't be finding any problem with that. A toyota supra could nail a Vitz, the new FT-86's could do the same. Just because you need that one to finish one event (1 race) in the game, doesn't mean it is outright the best. As the OP said, He needs one for everything (General events), Buying a gallardo would just mean using it for that 1 event. Yes, He saves money, but its not the best car for every other event. Your limited to 1 car for one event, that doesn't make it the best car, but the only car you can use.

By the way, LFA isnt necessarily a toyota.

You dont have to choose one of the two.
If the question is "Which one to get?" you most certainly do. Like I said, you're telling a noob to buy two cars he doesn't have to without explicitly saying so. Not helpful in the slightest.

Perhaps I could have worded it better, but that doesn't make it wrong. Which events will the Murcielago win easily that the Gallardo won't? I'm at 86% and I haven't run into this problem yet. In fact, nobody in this thread has provided any performance statistics to show one is vastly superior to the other.

Again with the semantics.

I don't get how you can choose between Gallardo/Murcielago. They are two absolutely different cars. Absolutely different drive techniques are required to put them right in a corner. It's a pity that GT5 don't have a test drive. But if you can afford it - buy them both. But my lambo of choice is lp670. It can "eat" asphalt on cornering and I won Gran Turismo All Star on that baby. So definitely it's the best car in my garage for now.

Your assuming he's a 'noob' or hes an amateur. You shouldn't be, all he was aking was what the best one was. Something you could assume, was that he already had a gallardo, since he asked for some good tunes for it. Technically its safer to assume that he has one, and you shouldn't recommending one he already has.

Well, The difference is you need more tuning to get the gallardo as fast as the murcielago. Yes, the murcielago might be more expensive, But assuming nothing, The murcielago is the faster car.
Please dont get me wrong, I am all for value of a car, something that can do many things and many events. However, with a game as big as GT5, I just want to enjoy myself, I know Im going to have it for a while, so Why dont I just step out and buy a car I like every now and then? Meanwhile, The super veloce is actually the best lamborghini, but for someone who wants style as well, I wouldn't suggest it.

The problem I had was that you said due to you needing the gallardo for an event, it is therefore the best lamborghini. That doesn't work. To test it, I did the same with a toyota example, What happened? You didn't like it. Just like I didn't like your example

Again with the semantics.
?

I like the gallardo, with some tuning the oversteer/drift can be fixed or made more controllerable with well timed breaking, looks the nicest imo
I haven't actually tried the murchelago except for in the grand tour events and i didn't like it much. (soz for spelling haha)

If your talking overall lap times, The Nomad Diablo>SuperVeloce>Gallardo. You will need buy a Gallardo for the one race event though. Unfortantly what a waste of money the Gallardo is.

The Murc SV is by far the fastest of the road cars hands down with 800+BHP fully tuned, with good tires, Suspension and torque balancing it will destroy alot of cars. (Heck on Online racing you'll be first off the line which in alot of races can garantee victory.)
