i have no idea that lowest deck is for (the silver one with the blue screen)?? its off a BMW e36 M3 somebody tell me please.

( i'm not sure but) i think is a device to manipulate: gas ,air , rpm etc,etc even controlated the pounds of turbo. ( i'm no sure)

my friend have something like this in he's acura integra, and he tell me is for change the orriginal setting of the car. (no sure is the samething ,cuz don't have best view) but like that.

Yeah, I agree with f50. I do beleive it's a turbo timer or some sort of performance management system for the engine.
