What is your most meaningful year of the new tens? To put it clear, its the year the most of the stuff (your life, internet phenomenon, sports competition, hardware launch, pop culture, etc) thats most impactful to you.

2014. Finally got myself enlisted at university and met my current girlfriend - which is, by far, the most important and influential event in recent years.

2014 without a doubt. Finished secondary school (high school for those in USA) and got decent grades in my GCSE's. Started college and have a plan of what I'm going to do after I've done my A levels.

2013 was a great year. I don't really wanna say why though

2014 was the worst year I can ever remember.

2014 by a mile. Got accepted into this Middle College program, made some fanatastic friends, my marching band season was great, and met my current girlfriend.

Here's to 2015 👍

2012 was probably the most meaningful, though I'd probably say I enjoyed 2014 more. In 2012, I started it off with my then-girlfriend getting me a pre-paid credit card to encourage me to finally go back to school for something I actually wanted to do. I did the portfolio assessments, got accepted, and got a job through a close friend that was a lot of hard work, but covered both the cost of school and the move back to Toronto.

Then-girlfriend is responsible for my current career path and being back in the city, while my friend opened doors to a lot of new acquaintances, which lead to one of my current jobs, and my current girlfriend. 2014 started off with a messy breakup, but we've since become good friends: she's actually a client. And I'm incredibly happy with my girlfriend.

So, 2015 should be fun...

2012 because Kentucky won the NCAA championship in basketball and the world did not end.
Two very good and important things where I live.

2012. Was building my own business with my ex, literally everything seemed on the up and up. 2013 erased all that so quickly it made my head spin.

Each had its own highs and lows so I'm finding it really hard to pick one year. Perhaps 2014 stands out a bit more than the others because of the adventures I had that year but 2010 was when I met my wife and when my youngest sister was born so that's quite hard to beat.

Um...real tough question actually.

2014 was a difficult year for me, but it made me come back stronger and acquire new friends and experience new things. So it's worth a mention. Man City and Hamilton won their respective titles and I went to the Download Festival for the first time and saw bands I adore. Aerosmith especially.

2013 was so so, started a new job and went on holiday with my ex girlfriend and had a great time.

2012 was also a good year. Went on holiday with friends, but did make a serious mistake, one I've vowed never to do again. But Man City won the Premier League in the most dramatic way ever, which I will remember until the day I die.

2011 was the year I met my ex girlfriend who I stayed with for 3 years so that alone is worth a mention.

2010 was the year I graduated from college with new friends and experiences that when I look back on, were nothing compared to 2014 although they were vital to me.

If I'm honest I'd say every year so far this decade has worthy mentions and it's hard to pick out just one, obviously with 2014 only just finished it's the one I remember most.

None of them were really great years, apart from motoring stuff.

2010 - First karting race, first Le Mans 24H and some things I don't want to talk about.

2011 - The first half was really bad time for me, so bad that it still affects me.

2012 - Le Mans 24H, again, Monaco, Switzerland, Italy. I also broke my wrist to compensate the otherwise good year.

2013 - Drove a car for the first time.

2014 - First Mini race, first car crash, and I realized that I have very low amount of real friends, partially due to the events of early 2011.

And for the World Cup, I was in Germany at the same time as the final and happy Germans didn't let me sleep very much that night.

Let's see:

- 2010: My last year at school. Memorable, but just because it was the last. Other than that, it was the same as the previous years.
- 2011: Started going to university. Began watching football as well. A pretty crappy year in both senses, as River Plate was relegated for the first time ever, and I didn't enjoy Uni one bit. My first semester literally consisted of me going to just one class and speaking with no one, as two days into the semester I realized I picked the wrong career to follow.
- 2012: Second year at university. Now, taking classes that I enjoyed. Made some good acquantainces as well, and I really enjoyed my year with them, but sadly we saw each other only once a week during classes. River Plate got promoted.
- 2013: Third year at university. Finally, the year when university stops teaching everyone basically the same things, and begins teaching knownledge relative to one's career. Learned a few things about filming and photography, some surprisingly I knew before uni, considering I didn't care at all about film and photography. Things that to me were common sense apparently weren't as common... Good start in the league for River Plate, 2nd placed in the first tournament, dropped to 17th in the second. The club's best manager ever was on the "loose rope".
- 2014: Fourth year at uni. Much, much better compared to the previous year, since I actually met very nice people that didn't act like douches, and had some memorable moments as well. Had a great laugh the whole year. Passed every class but one, which I left almost by the end of the semester. I don't like watching a hundred films from the 1910's - 1940's. Meanwhile, River Plate, champions of Argentina, and champions of the Copa Sudamericana. A great year for both Uni and sport.

2014, definitely my best year of the past four.

2014 - best semester in terms of grades, got my first car, got a new phone, got a new playstation, made a bunch of new friends, started working out for a bit so yeah 2014 I salute you.

2014 because I had less homework than last year, had better teachers and had a very good report. Not to mention my first house party, the best Christmas present, a cracking motorsport season, the craziest Bathurst ever and a PS4.

2013

Competed in my first racing event in real life (Aussie Racing Cars at the V8 Supercars event at Sydney Olympic Park). First year out of school, successful first year at uni, met lots of new people and had lots of good drinking nights whether it be out and about or house parties. But of course the stand out of 2013 was racing in a National series, didn't get much better!

2014, was good. Just wasn't able to get myself back in a race car disappointingly.

Bring on 2015! Fingers crossed!
