I like a variety of food but my top favorite would be Prime Rib Steak or Lasagna. I also really like pizza.

Prime rib is usually expensive so I try to cook up Ribeye steaks whenever they are on sale.

Some people's moms pass away.. or they move out and have a life. Or they get a real job and don't see their mom because of the work schedules.

Definitely have to agree with @W3HS... A home-made sandwich is superb. And, if you're actually legitimately a better cook than your mom, like me, you can make it taste like an authentic cuisine.

I prefer my own middle Eastern/Mediterranean sandwiches. Greek, Italian...

How about: rye bread, ham, cajun turkey, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, spicy mustard, and banana peppers. Then, top it of with a side of zesty chips and mild salsa.
