Lately I've been eating a lot of cereals. There really bad for you health wise, I guess that is if you're looking to lose weight. Even the ones that are supposed to be healthy for you turn out to be not that healthy.

However, I'm trying to gain weight so I'm eating more cereal.

I actually just ate some Raisin Bran. Not bad stuff when you put about 20,000 tons of sugar on it. Ha!

Damn, I just ate 2, 6oz chicken breasts and this thread has made me hungry again all ready.

Honey Nut Cheerios are good. I don't eat Lucky Charms much but there pretty good.

Well, yeah, Froot Loops taste fine dry (in fact, I got a stomach ache once from eating too many dry Froot Loops once... sucked up all the water in my stomach), but a good cereal shouldn't make milk all yucky looking.

I'm not a big cereal eater , but when I do, it's usually meuslix (sp?) or similar cereal. Preferably one with myriad tastes to it.

My wife was deprived of any sugared cereal when she was a kid, so now, she's a Kid cereal freak. We normally have about 6 different sugared cereals in the house at any given time. She's such a nut, that she'll eat it for dinner and dessert.

Yeah, I don't eat much cereal. I quite often eat porridge though.

When I stay in hotels I eat muesli, but there's no point in us having it in the house because it just goes stale.
