Im not sure if this belongs in this section, maybe in the Q&A section.

Either way, I believe it is mostly used in drag racing. Im not very familiar with this type of racing, as I prefer time attack and drift. I was wondering which cars are able to pull a wheelie, how to do it (settings) and if it can be shown online?

It simply doesn't work online. (since the update)
 
Have you tried this?

And this Youtube video shows a Cuda doing a wheelie. And the setup is in description.

@OP

No car can do wheelies online, but the Shelby Cobra is one of many that can do it offline. Shorten rations, raise rear and lower front and make suspension as soft as possible.

You should check up on that online wheelies. There are alot of cars that can do wheelies online ever since the last update.
