If you have the right bike, no. Sport bikes feel like they were made to wheelie.

For real Sport Bikes Love to get on 1 wheel, but Some (Like The Hybousa) Are a Pain or just imposible.

how did you get the game to show the cockpit view during a replay?

When in a replay Hit Square to get the Camera behind the Bike (Or bumper view) and then use R1 to switch camera views (Bumper, Behind Bike, & Cockpit)

(It also works in GT4 to get a Over car view that shows just the Hood)
