So yeah, you read right. This is a wheelie tune thread, don't kill me lol. Before we get started, let me know that it is better to have multiples of the same cars. For instance, if you have a '69 'Vette and you want to circuit race it, but at the same time you want it to do wheelies, your best bet is to buy two of the cars so one can be a play car and the other serious. As of now, only one car is able to do wheelies with the online physics. Yes, online. As many times as it has been debated, this car will be able to pull them off.
Right now, there are no pictures, so don't believe for now if you want. I know what I saw, and I have the pictures to prove it. They are real, right from GT5, and no tampering has been made. I (at a later date) will provide tuning to get these cars to do them for you. I (also at a later date) will provide those screen shots. Also, I will take a shot with my cellphone to prove the one car can do wheelies online. All cars are fully tuned. Most of these tunes I came across while creating drag tunes for specific cars. Most, where accidents XD.
As of now, my cars that can pull wheelies are (I understand some cars that can do them, I have not been able to duplicate a wheelie, therefore cars like the 1970 Dodge Challenger, will not be listed):
No particular order.
Chevrolet Corvette Convertible (C3) '69
Lotus Elise RM '96
Shelby Cobra 427 '66
Plymouth Cuda 440 Six Pack '71
Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1 (C4) '90
Chevrolet Corvette GRAND SPORT (C4) '96
I will have more coming when I figure out the correct tunes. As you can see, the Chevy Corvette seems to be the most abundant car to pop wheelies with. As of now, the only car that can pop a wheelie from a complete stop is the Lotus Elise. Most cars do have similar tuning, and I will leave it at that for now.
Cars with potential:
Dodge Viper GTS '99
Mercury Cougar XR-7 '67
Chevrolet Corvette Coupe (C2) '63
Ford Mustang GT '05
Dome-Zero Concept '78
Dodge Charger 440 R/T '70
Shelby Series One Super Charged '03
Chevrolet Corvette Z06 (C5) '00
Caterham Seven Fireblade '02
When I post the tunes, let me know how they work out for you. As soon as I port the images to my computer I will have them up. Some wheelies are not as good as others, but that does not qualify them as not being wheelies. All cars tested on Indy Super-Speedway and The Top Gear Test Track.
