Wheels and Special paints reference from Mileage Exchage

I see people asking what has been available, or if they have missed any.
As far as I am aware, I have bought everything possible that has come up so far as of 17/1/18.

All of the wheels are not available for all cars, so I used the M4 as it has nearly all of them apart from 3 available to fit.
