When airborne...

Let off unless your car is hiv+. If its not youll lose traction when you land and spin your tires.

It depends. Some cars I'll keep throttle going, other cars I'll release it. If they're confident when they land, I'll usually keep some throttle on. But if they get all squirrely and cranky I'll try not to use throttle because there could be a disaster waiting to happen.

I always tap the brakes when catching air. That usually stabilises the landing without sacrificing the speed, if you do it right.

Usually I let off the throttle... But if I have a bit of confidence, then I'll go full throttle. If I'm driving a really-really fast car, then I will tap the brake to avoid going airborne because disaster will definitely happen!

Usually MR vehicles dive, after being airborne, so I'll let up off the throttle. Other than that throttle is approximately mid-way on other configurations, unless, I'm airborne just prior to a corner, then, I'll tap brakes slightly on the landing for stabillity.

I get off the accelerator and wait until I hit the ground and find out what traction is like; I've been bitten in the arse too many times when driving Seattle to leadfoot it all the way around :P

The absolute worst vehicle to find yourself airborne with, any of the Lotus Elises. Man! Those things are squirrelly when they hit the deck.

Ever hit the Yump just after T1 at the 'Ring in the King Squirrel, the R390 GT1 Race Car, while at 150? NO way you're getting out of that

i think it depends on the downforce of the car... if its too much downforce on either end of the car landing is goin to be tough... for example... the veyron with its massive wing... try takin a jump with that car... you are almost definitely goin to crash...

but most of the time... PEDAL TO THE METAL!

I remember driving flat out on the Costa Di Amalfi reverse with the BMW V12 LMR. As you all may know that these cars have a high amount of downforce so I drive flatout on one of this bump right after the tight hairpin, I thought the car could just take the bump normally but instead the car almost flew up in the air with the front being 60 degrees up from the road! Since GT4 doesn't allow a car to be flipped over so it just stay on like that until I touch the tarmac.

That reminds me of this:

And that's why the wheelie trick is a BAD idea in GT5, kids!
