When can I access GTcars.net?

It's been a while and i've noticed "Application Error" everyday. Anyone got any idea how to get it back?

Was noted earlier here, still no idea what is happening.

I had considered duplicating the UDC offline, now I wish I had. With GT6 released seems pointless now.
