When you reach level 40 with any of your bobs

When you reach level 40 in B Spec

When you complete the experience bar.

The second one is a trophy, and the third one is a trophy.

2. Expert Manager - Reach B-Spec level 40.
3. The Air of Experience - Raise a B-Spec driver to the peak of his career.

I don't think you can get a Bob to 40 before your B-Spec level hits 40.

..

I have a Lvl 38 Bob, and my Bspec Lvl is 35.

My driver is level 40 (and so am I) -- has been for several weeks now -- and just today he hit 500 races.

But he still hasn't hit the peak of his career, which is annoying as all get-out.

How did that happen? My B-Spec always matched my single Bobs levels. Then it started getting ahead when I ran extra Bobs.

Not sure how that works. My main Bob (retired now) filled his career bar at around 410wins/430races.

I have a 36 Bob and my B-Spec is 32

What got it like that for me, is I entered a Level 0 Bob into plenty of Enduros and His bar kept raising!

I have all my 6 bobs at Lvl 40, so am I. I am trying to achieve the Air of Experience trophy with my main bob who has 275 races, his career bar is at approx 60%. Does anyone know if the remote races add to the career bar? I was also of the understanding that 500 races was the target.

Same with me reached lvl 40 b-spec and career at about 60% but dose not seem to increase with any of the races I've been racing.

Dose this career bar stop increasing once you reach level 40 B-sepc not your bob.

Tried to race all my bob's but no change on any all at different levels!

can anyone help????????

You need to take part in 500 races with 1 single Bob; win or lose, the important part is that he crosses the finish line.

I personally sat him in the X2010 and had him drive on the Indy track in "Like the wind", it would net me a very respectable amount of cash, and after 5 races I could check out the UCD and buy cars.
It takes about 10:40' to complete a race, then you just make him race it again.

I used this event and track because I need the experience (as I'm not B-Spec lv.40) and the pay out allows me to buy cars which I'm missing.

Darr Drifter
I've been doing this for the last couple of days and there's no change to the bar. But i am lvl 40 B-spec

Your B-Spec level doesn't matter.
Also be specific, I don't know which "it" you're talking about.
Is your 'Total Races' number increasing (at the end of the race when it show your Bob, after the Credit & Experience message)?

Air of experience trophy is a bummer! I've been trying to get this for the last week or so! Currently or 410 races. Looks to be about 90% full. an't wait until this one is over!

The amount of races are increasing but the exp/career bar is not moving. the career bar is about 60% full and not moving.

Been racing "like the wind" for the extra cash to get 1000 cars trophy!

Took me probably 200 races on the first b spec beginner race at autumn. Each race can be done in under 3 mins with the x1 and it WILL fill the experience bar. At times it does not appear to move any at all but let me assure you, it does! Got my trophy at around 510 wins and 535 races. Took me all day one day to grind all those races but the trophy is mine now! Also the b spec drivers skill and things will go down while the experience still goes up...once these attributes start to lower, you are getting close.

Air of Experience and Car Collector are the most tedious trophies in this game.

it took me ~500 race days to get the first one..and I'm only a few more cars from totaling my garage to 1000 cars.

I'll eventually try and get the Gold Standard..
