More to come in Street's CAR HALL OF SHAME.

Note don't post pics of cars that are nice.

That's some front-end impact zone!

Those are hilarious.

Has anyone ever looked at message boards for people who do some of these things for cars? Just interested in finding some insight into what they're thinking, really. Who knows, maybe having big rear wings bolted onto the trunk really does attract women or something. Still don't think I'll try it.

The front of that van is a crash test block I believe...

Do you have an after pic of the Suzuki, or did it just keep flying?

M5: Hey, I don't blame Honda for the evil of some of their owners. Maybe that's what befalls you when you come up with one of the few economy cars that don't bite. At least back in the evil econocar days.

Oh, nice pic of JT. One of the colleges I went to is in his district and, way back in the late 80s, I played at one of his rallies when he made a brief run for president. I kept the Traficant for President pin, though. Because even way back then, I figured one day he'd finally get caught and convicted.

Anyway, to keep this post quasi-related to the thread:

Ever driven a Corolla? It's boring. So was the Tercel and Paseo and all the other cars Toyota tried to go for the youth market. The Protege's a mystery to me. It seems like it should be the choice in that class. Maybe back about 10 years or so...

EDIT:
Well, maybe 15-20 years. Scary to think that 10 years ago was '92. I looked at cars in this class back then and got a Sentra. Time flies when you're aging I guess.

And, to keep from straying far away from the thread's main topic and show BMWs aren't immune to owners with a distorted world view:

A Corolla is boring? What about a Civic!? :D I think it was the most boring auto ever!

The thing that gets me about that particular BMW is that it's not just some 525i, but it's an M5.
