when should i retire my drivers?

i have a level 24 who has been in over 100 races...how do i know when to retire him?

When he gets 500 wins and the Air of Experience trophy.

At level 24 and with 100 your Bob is still pretty fresh. No need to pack him off yet. In fact he is now around the level when he will stop making you swear at the telly over his inept driving. Get him in an FGT. Assuming you don't already have an X2010. He will make you millions from grinding the Dream Car Championship. But if you only have the one Bob, now would be a very good time to start training some more up. You are just about to hit the Endurance races, and you will need at least 4 bobs to do them.

Not need as such, bob can slave away all enduros on his own if you make him.

Very true. But i've timed it using a team of Bobs against using just one and you do get better results using a team. You still win every time in an FGT, but you win faster or by a bigger margin using a team. And once you get an X2010, just hit the start button and watch even a level 1 bob dominate everything by himself. But if you're allowed 6 bobs. Why not take advantage. You'll also be able to pick your drivers according to their mood, to ensure the quickest possible win.

I made mistake of retiring Bob one with 488 wins at lvl 38 --because he went insane in NASCAR ..Now I have lots of Bobs ..but highest win total is 89 ..If only Ihad had some medicinal bourbon ,,he would still be here and had gotten yet another trophy ..but he and his cohorts all were sent to mental ward and a fresh crop was created , in case the infection was contagious ..but it seems they all are brain dead at times and must be accepted as such ,,
