When will Apex II Guide be available?

When I preordered the anniversary edition, it was supposed to include the "Apex II guide" as a book.

Later it was announced on the Playstation blog that it would later be published via download. Unfortunately this has not happened yet. Will it be available soon?

I didn't even know that was supposed to be part of the pre-order deal. I got so hung up on the missing game features that I guess I overlooked this.
