Where is the Icon Clean-Up Wizard?

I have Windows XP and I can't seem to find the Icon Clean-Up utility. Usually it pops up and annoys the crap out of me but now I can't find it when I need it. Thanks in advance.

Right click on your desktop > click on the Desktop tab > Customize Desktop... > Clean Desktop Now.

Why don't you just delete the shortcuts manually? It doesn't delete programs...

That's what I ended up doing anyways. I cleaned out about 30 useless icons. I also went through the whole damn start menu and go rid of about 40 folders. Thanks for the help anyways, Viper Zero.

I hate the way the Start Menu gets cluttered too. I suppose it's helpful for all those people who can't find the readme, or the Add/Remove Programs Control Panel, but to me it's annoying.

Most of the stuff in my start menu is either on here from default install or because of my dad. All in all, I have maybe 10 subfolders that I actually use, occassionally...
