First of all, proper capitalisation, spelling, and grammar is expected on these forums, try working on that a bit.

Secondly, the DLC can be redeemed on the store of the country you bought the game from (it should also be mentioned somewhere on the voucher).

Well, I bought GT6 in Brazil, game and voucher are in portuguese but I redeemed the anniversary DLC at PSN USA and it worked just fine. My copy is region-free (ALL), Ayrton Senna edition on the cover. Maybe for region-limited copies (if they exist) you have to log in to that PSN (that reads on the packaging) in order to redeem codes.

You a teacher? I've been on this forum for two days now and this is the second harsh commented post I've seen, one from a mod which I thought was a bit unexpected, but this, who cares mate, you know what he is trying to say, why be an a-hole about it? You can tell me to the cows come home how YOU want this place run, I've got news for you my friend, good luck.

Don't be so rough man.
Take this to chill out a bit.

Wow.

In US English, it should read like this:

First of all, proper capitali[z]ation, spelling [no comma] and grammar [are] expected on these forums[;] try working on [those] a bit.

Furthermore, one does not redeem on a store, but at a store.

Until you learn to write proper English, I would refrain from correcting those making good faith efforts to communicate in their non-native language.

I was just trying to help him stay out of trouble with the mods here. It specifically says in the AUP (to which he agreed by joining here) that proper English is expected, and I really had a hard time reading his post. He also uses some text speak (y instead of why), which is prohibited.

Also, 'capitalisation' is correct in UK English, and the comma is not wrong (look up the Oxford comma).

English is not my native language either; if the OP put in some more effort, he could write a lot better than that.

What does the UK know about English? ;)

I'll give ya the comma; it was traditional to omit the last comma in a series, but the trend over the past 30-40 years has been to include it. Both ways are acceptable.

I just thought you were harsh. I have struggled with Japanese and German on business trips, and I was grateful that they appreciated my efforts and taught me things instead of scolding or ridiculing me.

Once again, who cares, if this forum focuses on the grammar and punctuation more than the actual reason were all here, ill leave, I've already done my time at school, don't need to do anymore, for crying out loud, is this the best you can come up with? Please.
