Just which 1 is the most up to date or best.

-I have no DLC's what so ever but i do want some of them

~$20 USD, on Amazon. And, the US does not have the Academy Edition, as it was only released in Europe. And yes, GameStop will have it.

k ty. And you said this comes with DLC? Which DLC does it come with. Like up to what point or does it just contain all thats out atm?

Everything up to the car pack with the Lamborghini I think. Also, buy new on amazon, because the DLC is a redeem code, and buying used will not have that paper 99% of the time.

Kewl. New One on amazon is $15.... O.o wut. Thats wut gamestop would make me buy it for used i bet.

If I'm not mistaken I believe the vouchers for the DLC in XL are now expired or very close to expiring. I just got GT5 back in November as a birthday present for myself.

Just checked the voucher for the DLC that came with my package and it was valid from March 1, 2012 to March 31, 2013. So the voucher is now worthless unless there was some sort of an extension which I doubt.

Sark

I think you are right!! I got it in the beginning of March and i think it said March 31 2013 as well. I remember we didn't have long to use the voucher. But i think all the DLC can still be bought.

Yeah, i still have my voucher in my game case and it says it expired March 31, 2013.
Which is a bummer. But if your going to gamestop anyways, it's only $2 more to get a new copy.

The person is most likely lying, as most codes expired in the start of 2013, as stated earlier in this thread 👍.

Either way the XL edition will be better given it puts you at 2.0 from the get go so you don't have to go through 12 hours of downloads(exaggeration but you get the point).

That is odd because I just checked mine and it expires December 31,2014. I bought it in Canada new for $40....

Hold on, sir. It will be a time to buy GT6 soon.

I'm on a budget and can't exactly afford to drop $60 (and extras for DLC) once the fall rolls around. GT5 (XL or otherwise) is a huge package and getting it (even without the voucher) below $20 is a great deal but depending on how I feel about the demo that will drop in July, I may pre-order GT6.

Others on amazon are saying that the expired codes are still working.

Don't listen to them! It's better to be safe than sorry in this situation for sure! There's a really good chance that they're lying about many of these codes as most truly have expired and there's no way around that.

EDIT: This mostly applies to older vouchers like the chromeline cars etc. The newer GT5 voucher codes are probably still able to work.
