Fully modded I hear the 07 has more hp. Is this true? Which is faster ?

when you say the 09 gtr, do you mean the spec v, because the spec v has much greater handling from what i here, and can squeeze out more ponies than the 07 gtr. had the 07 to use for the japanese world championship,but handling wasn't tooo great, so I bought an nsx-r instead and fully tuned it. I would go with the 09 spec-v.

That's not what he asked. He asked which is best when properly tuned. Saying your GTR is a beast cause of how you set it up, helps no one.
