Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me which is the better wheel out of the Driving Force Pro and the Driving Force GT? I can get the DFGT for not much more than a DFP. I will be using it on PS2. Many Thanks,
Cougar23.:)

DFGT. Better built, pedals seem more resistant to breakage or failure, and less noisy/grindy to use.

Ok, Thanks. I found both the wheels on ebay at the same shop and the DFGT was only $20 dearer than the DFP. I just wanted to make sure which one was better.

Not to mention many people say DFGT wheel itself is better then G25 wheel itself. Only thing better on G25 is Peddals and shifter. Best bang for the buck.

I just wanted to throw that in so that you will enjoy your wheel.

Thanks NoxNoctis Umbra,
I was really thinking about getting a G25 after hearing all the great things people say about them but after seeing the price of them I think I'll stick with the DFGT.
For the sake of metal pedals on the G25 I think Ill save the extra money especially after you say that some people think the DFGT wheel is better than the G25.
Many Thanks,

I will second Nox's aproval by saying I am very happy with my DFGT and i find no reason to upgrade to a G25. In some ways the DFGT is superior to ALL other wheels such as the "red dial" and the plethora of buttons. I will soon upgrade to a Fanatec 911 though as they seem better and better each day :P

DFGT is great. Even if you cant use it, the red dial and live tuning buttons are cool. Plus the horn will probably work with GT5 (hopefully) and you get a nice bright light-up GT sign.

Don't expect many drivers will give you right of way, just cause you got a horn:lol:
I have not tried the DFGT. I believe the wheel diameter is larger so it should suit the 900 deg better, as it should make small steering adjustments easier.(not by a great deal though)

I've got the DFGT and I think it's fantastic, don't have the DFP or have never owned it so I can't really compare it but the DFGT is definetely a great wheel.👍 Money well spent for me.:)

Are you using it for GT4 on PS2 or GT5:P on PS3?
Just wondering as I want to know whether or not the adjustment dials/horn will work on GT4 on my PS2. :)

I use the DFGT on GT5P and GT4 as I'm sure many others do. The adjustment dials don't do anything on GT4, but that doesn't stop it from being a far more enjoyable experience than the previous GT Force-type wheels I've used.

It's also worth considering future gaming upgrades. When you do get a PS3, you'll have the better wheel for it, and won't find yourself wishing you'd spent the extra few dollars.
