Which NSX has the most potential? Can any get above 500hp?

Hoping to make my own NSX to compete in the Tuned Car Championship. Seems like the realistic max of any of the NSX's I own is 400-450 hp, if that. Is there any NSX model that can make 500-600hp fully tuned? Did a search and came up empty.

No, production NSX gets up to 500HP. You can however get a GT500 NSX in the power range...might not be what your looking for though

A normal full tuned NSX can still be competitive I think

Thanks. I have a GT500 NSX. Had hoped to be able to make a really quick street NSX since I know a 500hp NSX is doable in real life.

If you want a road car, maybe the NSX-R Prototype LM Road Car (or something like that) can make it:).

Try the RM Acura NSX. It won't get above the 500 hp mark I think, but racing is not just about 'moar powerrrr'.

Ok mate the premium Honda Nsx is a great car mate handles well standard with no mods so god knows what it's like fully modded.good luck in tuning championship mate

Ah forgot about that one...not positive it makes the power though

I have the car will try it later. Even stock is powerful as hell, and I think that it has almost 500hp stock, so it can compete with Ferrari's and so on...

Interesting, I don't have one, thus why it slipped my mind. If its supposed to be the road version of an LM car, I can definitely see being that quick.

I remember that in GT4 in arcade mode for example a stock one would compete with Sallen's, Pagani's, Ford's GT, well...supercars in general, and tuned it hitted 900hp (not sure). So in GT5 even if tuned it doesn't reach 900+ hp, it will for sure hit 500+ hp.

I seem to remember my GT4 NSX GTLM Road Car putting out 900ish bhp too. Wish I could say what the GT5 one can do, I totally forgot I even had one, but that's your best and probably only shot at getting over 500bhp in a roadgoing NSX. Well, I don't mean it'll definitely get to 500bhp, I just mean that if it doesn't you'll have to go the GT500 route which will destroy the Tuned Car competition, unless you were to put it on sports tyres, reduce the downforce as much as possible and add some ballast, maybe. I think it would still have too much downforce, though.

The NSX-R LM Road Car now has about 620 BHP with a Stage 3 turbo/Stage 3 Engine Upgrade, 1230kg. And the Race Car is about 608BHP/1120Kg. Which is realistic, as the car in Gran Turismo series orginates from a GT1 class car(not the GT2 Team Kunimitsu one which Tsuchiya Keiichi drove in '94&'95) taking on things like XJ220, Mclaren F1 GTR and so on. In fact that year we saw some other Japanese GT1 class cars i.e. Nismo R33 GT-R LM, Supra LM(which I'm really not sure why there isn't one in the game, along with the 300ZX Turbo), and a lot of exotic street classics being made into GT1 spec race cars including Bugatti EB110 Ferrari F40 and such, and I'm sure not just me wants to see them in the game.

^This. The LM road car makes 537 HP without any tuning. With all other upgrades except the turbo (not needed), this car absolutely kills the competition, even in B-Spec.

My favorite car in game, I've got 4 of them now
