Which prize car?

Last night I completed the Grand Valley 300 endurance race. Well upon winning the prize car it certainly was not what I expected it to be! It was some wierd looking Audi car ( which I immediately sold! ) I have seen from another website all the prize cars that can be one. This was not the car I saw listed under winning that race. What gives? Anybody else get this funky looking car or know what I'm talking about?

Here's the car I saw. prizecars_51.jpg

You win the AUTO UNION V16 Type C Streamline 1937 in the GV-300.

I believe that it was a top speed competitor in it's day. Unfortunately it can't be used in any events, so you didn't lose anything by selling it.

If you want to know what you will win for any given event, check out the guides section of the site. There is a complete list of prise cars there.

You expected the Sauber because you had been looking at the NTSC-J prize car list. The NTSC and PAL versions have the Auto Union as the prize.

Yeah it was the Auto Union. Sold it for around 100,000 credits. How is possible or is it possible to get the Sabre?

Ok, a few things here. If you're going to apologise for double posting, at least use the "EDIT" button to add the apology to your second post instead of adding a 3rd post and making it a triple post.
The Edit button is in the bottom right corner of all of your own posts. ;)

Secondly, you should become familiar with this thread:

Look here before you ask - Many FAQs

it's stickied at the top of the GT4 forum, highlighted by a blue Read This! tag.

In there you will find 3 different prizecar lists, Japan (J), North America (NA) and Rest Of World (PAL).
Figure out which of these places you live in, and download or view the correct prizecar list.
You'll find out where to win the Sauber soon enough. ;)

Thirdly, since this answers all your questions there's no room for yet more discussion on the whole "Where do I find / win ________ car?" kind of topic.
