Which software/program would allow me to do this? (video related)

I have to say, I know pretty much nothing when it comes to computers, so this might be really stupid to answer.


I want to "merge" a few video clips into a bigger file, a bit like a montage, if you want. I know there's something, but where to find it, or what to look for, I don't know.

I'm not sure if it's in the right section either...

I have a HUGE video file that I want to break into 2 parts. What can I use?

Windows Movie Maker should be able to do it. It comes installed on Windows XP (and 2000, can't remember though).

Start > Accessories > Windows Movie Maker
