Well first off, your gonna need the psx emu.

After that, your gonna need a plug in

http://www.zophar.net/utilities/plugins.html - download Pete's GPU Plugins

On that same page, download a CD PLugin and a Sound Plugin
your also going to need a psx BIOS, I cant really give you the download link for that so do search on google for Psx bios youll come across it

I just hope you have some knowledge on emulation or its gonna kinda tought running it for the first time.

Just install all those stuff and mess around with it, get to know it. ill ttyl
