Between the 3, Firebird, Camaro and Mustang, the only true real mans car is the Firebird.

personnaly, i think the Camaro SS is the best of the 3... no useless scoops and bulges like the T/A, and a whole lot faster than the Rustang...

1. has lots of grunt usually a V8
2. no power steering
3. extremley heavy clutch
4. heavy gear box making gear changes hard and solid
5. no airconditioning ( you want air open the window)
this is what makes a muscle car because you needed muscles to drive them they are a man's car

I think the firebird and the camaro had some good model years, and some pretty lame ones w/peak muscle car performance comming in 1969. Anything you could order for one you could probably get for the other.

The '69 Firebird would be my first pick. There was one year when I would have picked a camaro, I think it was '70 somthing when the camaro had that big open grill, and the two piece front bumper.
