Why are some vehicles limited in customization options & will these limitations change in the future

Thank Kazunori Yamauchi sir for your time.
My question is...
-Why are some vehicles limited in customization options & will these limitations change in the future of Gran Turismo?

For example: The Nismo Fairlady Z Z-tune (Z33)' 03 has zero options for customization. The Ferrari FXX' 07 has zero options for Aero Parts & Wheels.

I can understand some of this-Ferrari probably limits it a bit, but other cars.... Yeah, why not more options?

Just two examples off the top of my head. Plenty of others with limitations of some sort in the custom department.
Vehicles that can't be painted at all or forced into a factory color.
Aero parts not available for all models, I find it strange & don't care for these limitations.
I assume some licensing could be the issue but since I'm not sure I'm asking this.
If that is the reason my new question would be, why not??? it's only a game... :odd:
Work it into the license deals in that case.
A custom livery would be nice but since we don't yet have one and we do have aero, wheel, and paint options.. Let's make use of it the way we'd like instead of being limited

There is also the issue of cars that used to have tuning features in GT5 and they got omitted in GT6 such as the GDB-F Impreza premium and the Lancer Evolution IX GSR MR 05'. The Evo IX is my main concern; the customization kits it had in GT5 were great; and it's really disappointing why you can't add any custom wings at all on that car while the rest in its class get to keep their features and more; I don't mind the Evo IX not getting flat floors but my main concern would have to make the Evo IX get GT wings, and the option to make it wingless too. It doesn't feel right.

Ummm well as for the first two in the OP...those are specifically tuned cars...if you want to tune a Fairlady Z just tune the stock one...why eff with a real world tune? For that matter why buy it if you want to mess with it? Same goes for the FXX it's supposed to be a billionaire's track day version of the Enzo right?

I know exactly what you mean & how you feel.
That Nismo 350 Z listed above could at least have wheel options in GT5, after they updated that game allowing standards to do such.
Then to take it away again for GT6 makes no sense to me.
I'm going to assume its just PD deciding they've done enough..
Or perhaps they don't give themselves enough time to apply all these features to every car in game.
However I've seen on GT5 with the hybrids/hacking that those unpaintable cars like that Nismo 350Z can be painted.
So the option must be there but just blocked for certain vehicles?!?
One would think this.. But why?
I'm having a hard time believing licensing is the issue.. I'm mean why would Nissan or whoever [depending on car] care what color I painted my -350Z- or how big the wing is ect ect.
Seems absurd..

Specifically tuned or not.. That shouldn't limit in game options offered to other vehicles.
IMO
There are many more cars with these limits in custom options then those two specifically as well.

@stuff1138 - It's because of the aesthetic components. The tuned Zs have that extra special body kit and some would like to combine that with a GT wing rather than the usual sports wing it came with for uniqueness and authenticity. Same could be applied to the Amuse Superleggera 350Z where we could do some fan-parodies of Initial D 5th stage's ZERO 350Z.

The Enzo by your explanation is understandable but it doesn't apply the same with the tuned JDMs where anything, in terms of combinations, is possible.
