Why are there no Pro level Grp 3 & 4 events?

Its crazy with such a bevy of great Grp 3 & 4 cars to play with, that there are no challenging single player events in GT League.

I've only been playing for 6 weeks and don't feel ready to race online yet. I know I can set up Arcade races but the payouts are so low and I feel like I want to at least be earning credits for the races I'm doing.

Am I the only one who thinks this? Am I missing something?

Agree, though I'd rather see them in the Endurance category, and with qualifying.

I don't know why the ai are not as strong in Campaign, as they are in Custom race.
What I do is, BOP my races. The AI are much more competitive that way.
I did did 10 minutes at St Croix Gr4 from last. Finished 2nd, but it wasn't like the AI bowed out. I still had AI racing me

Also, 15 minutes Interlagos in Gr3. Only finished 7th 39 seconds behind the lead AI. Fastest lap was a 1:34.xxx by the M POWER AI. My fastest was 1:39.xxx, in the Walkenhorst M6.

I just prefer to run an event that's long enough to get in a groove. I'd like to see longer events in Sport Mode too. Add a Daily "D" race that's a one-hour window, with maybe a 45 minute event time.

Any event in GT League is "pro level" if you de-tune your car enough. Pro tip.. you even get rewarded for it.

Adding more events isn't the solution.

So true! In campaign with a "1 level lower" car I win easy, not much of a challenge at all while in custom races with the same setup (1 level lower car) I can win with no-racing cars (have to work for it) and it gets really difficult to finish top 3-5 with racing cars.

You're the GT3s in one race and it the exact same race, you're GT4.

ie. 10 laps at Suzuka in a GT3 car with GT4 backmarkers. Then a 2nd series where its also 10 laps of Suzuka but youre in a GT4 car with GT3 frontrunners.

Twice the races, half the work for PD. Its so obvious.

Hell you could mix triple classes with Group 1 and Group 2.

I'd love to be able to choose which class in such a race. Get some type of bus for clearing both classes. Maybe even a gift car. But yes, as you pointed out, it's so simple. It's in the Mission Races! Press "Enter", PD.

I don't particularly want to drive a pansied down version of a great car. I understand that some people enjoy the challenge of beating higher classed cars and I like that too but really I want to lower the weight, max the horses and cut sick.

Each to their own though. You've got the option to do the above. Why not give other players the option to just race more tracks in the league? As others have said, it's an easy win and easy way for PD to add longevity. Maybe they're keeping it up sleeve

Or just let people enter any car so long as it's below the level of the race. Ie. In a grp 2 race, you can enter with grp 3 or 4 cars if you want. Tuned to the max. Everyone wins. You get your challenge and you still get to use a souped up beast

Although I guess in Arcade you can do whatever the hell you want and once you have all the cars, it doesn't really matter what credits are awarded so....

That's kind of the "old" GT. PD just added an RM option, to allow greater weight loss and aero tuning(Lotus Elise as an example). I could enter any car in the Dream Car Championship. Best to have tuned one with down force though.

Multiclass is there . We just cannot choose the slower class.

1 hour is not endurance lets make that clear.

they could add the option of stoping the race when going for a pit stop from GT5 problem solved.
