Why do I always spin out

It's either your setting or how you drift.
If it's your settings try to lower camber in the rear of the car or give it less stiffening usually cures it. Otherwise you arn't counter steering correctly.

I try to bring it back but it won't let me

Is that where you control the slide

Not Necessarily, I've had times I zero Countersteer Drift and use The Accelarator to control my slide. Sometimes I E brake into a turn,Sometimes I powerover out. Every turn and situation is different.

Let me just say thanks for the help, one more question how do I set up cars to suit me because I don't have a clue what does what, I'm currently going of other peoples setting which help but don't suit my style

you arent holding it full throttle while you drift, are you? that only works in need for speed =P

you have to "feather" the throttle. meaning you dont hold it wide open the whole time.

You using a wheel or controller?
If your spinning out, it could be that you need a little more speed and more counter steering with less stamping on the throttle.

TwinturboCH has a great tune for the S-bodies in the drift settings section.

I usually have the opposit problem in that the far is perect all the way round the corner but I took up the exit and get a tank slapper but it's really just practice.

what hp is the s15 cause mine is 409hp and it drifts like a purring kitten straight outta the womb

Haha.

It's funny how the s-bodies are one of the easiest cars to drift out of the box. One of the things PD actualy got spot on in the game!

Aah that takes me back, accelerator fully on constantly in drift mode with the neons blaring.

i learned to drift with an awd car so all i had to do was hit the e brake and turn. then i learned that you were supposed to drift with rear wheel cars and this ones great for learning.:sly:

I just got an S15 and S13 and they spin out loads

You might be like me too tell you the truth I hate drifting with the s13 and s15 they seem very twitchy and have to be very gentle. Try to use much more easier drift cars like the bmw z4m or my personal favorite sls amg.

Stock S-chasis cars are fun. Like the S2000 that really don't require alot of add ons like BMW's. More Gas= Less Countersteer= More Angle? Its been awhile since I drifted in GT... ( playing Forza)

Usely u have to give it some throttle. But ones your wheel spinns and u start to slide. Eas down the throttle and try to find to spot to make it spin perfect. Needs extra power to make em spinn.. Ones u made em spinn u dont need that much power to keep em spinning in a controlled way

If that made eny sense to u:)
