When in the world are they going to fix the issue where the One Make Races do not remember your traction control settings? Why is it that we have to adjust TC settings *every* time we race? I want TC off for all my races but in One Make races it always defaults back to 3. Is this a bug or is this deliberate?

It defaults to TCS 3 on one-make races in which you use a loaner car. My guess is that it defaults to TCS 3 because the loaner car is never yours to keep (although you may have the same car in our garage) and so every time you start a new session it is another car that you use. Another reason why mileage on that vehicle resets to zero every time you start a new session for that sport mode daily.
Based on that assumption and based on the fact that it has always been the same I would have to guess it’s deliberate.
A global default option for TCS would be great, like they already do with counter steer assist, auto-drive, etc. But that’s nothing more than a wish. Haven’t heard of anything like that announced or planned.

TC is an oddball as it appears in both the car settings and driving options. The car setting has priority so when you change car you get the TC setting for that car. I think a global TC setting would be even more confusing. You just have to remember that each time you do a one-make you are getting a new car.

I still am annoyed by this. I asked for the change of this in the suggestions thread. It is annoying if you are driving multiple races in daily Race A. You need to change it each and every time, otherwise you think your pedals are broken because the car isn’t going as fast anymore. And suddenly you remember its that damn TCS

Is it really THAT diificult to remember to adjust your TCS in the daily one make A races? Jeez...I think they have bigger issues to fix, if this is even considered an issue.

I usually remember to change, either on the 'grid' or in warm-up but it is still an unnecessary issue.
Just because some people are discussing one issue, doesn't mean we are ignoring bigger issues. It is possible to discuss multiple issues and want multiple changes, you do realise that?
Fixing this would certainly be a 'Quality of Life' change for the better, and I hope at the same time, they allow custom liveries on loaner cars somehow (maybe only for people who actually own the car too).
