Why does this happen?

My bob(over 300 races run, career slot full) now has a "birth defect" on his physical strength now --- everytime he starts the race with like 10% of the strength off. Is it meant to be? Like he's getting old? If so then :tup:for PD and 👎 for myself.

Also, how come someone with 40 races have like the same career bar length with someone with 100 races? And the other 40 races guy is just way behind.

There are lots of threads on this forum about the same issue.

Basically the driver has a career indicator bar. As he reaches the end of his career his stats start to decrease.

It does not matter in a car that is a lot more powerful than the opposition (x2010, FGT), but in earlier races (and Nascar) where power is limited, a driver needs to be at his best if he is the same level as the other Bobs.

Second answer, the driver receives more experience for some races than others. ie I have a level 22 Bob who has done just 2 endurance races. I have a level 21 Bob who has done 25 races (DCC).
