Why is Bob's level higher than mine?

I searched and couldn't find anything on this.

I noticed that my B-spec level was still in the mid-22 (on the home screen) while my driver's level was 23 (on the driver selection screen). I only have 1 driver, so I don't know how my driver's level got ahead of my level.

Any ideas?

My driver is level 30 but I'm level 28.

I tried some different search terms and found 3. Hardly "lots", yet if you're going to criticize then you could have at least been helpful and posted the search terms.
