Why is there no Gr.1 race in Sport Mode?

So many cars in this powerful category, both real and fantasy, yet they barely get any attention in the various game modes. You cannot drive them in circuit experience, there's barely any challenges for them and driving school seems to completely exclude them. PD hasn't even included Circuit de la Sarthe for these cars, which is like adding NASCAR cars without any oval tracks. I mean there's even pictures of Circuit de la Sarthe in the photo mode for christ sake.

What really happened to this car category? Did they have a lot of Gr.1 content but couldn't deliver all of it at launch? Has anything been mentioned that could bring some sense to this?

And while we are on the topic the higher N classes are also heavily disregarded. I really want to use my N1000 cars on Blue Moon, but I doubt it will happen anytime soon.

Yes please... let's have a grp 1 daily.

All the nobs will choose it, it will be a complete crash fest, but it might leave the grp3/4 lobbies cleaner

Oh, didn't see that coming...:lol:
You're absolutely right sir

They'd have to be used on a nice wide circuit or a large oval, to which only Blue Moon and the Dragon circuit are the only ones that comes to mind. Maybe when extra circuits get added...

Because I don't think we're all ready for it. they're to fast, braking zones will be a nightmare.

I'm happy with the one make races, and Gr.4, best racing I've had in the game so far.

I think the Gr1 cars are actually much easier to control as they're much more predictable, yes they're faster but they brake and grip like anything. I think on a larger, longer, less technical track like Lago Maggoire they'd be great. I hope they introduce not just more categories in Sport mode but more races at a time in general, the 3 and 4 lap races are too short and there should be at least 3 longer 10+ lap races to choose from at any time as well as the shorter and slower races for others, 3 races in total at any time just doesn't cover everyone's tastes and with thousands of people currently playing this game it could easily be done.
