Why no Seasonal Event's?

The Seasonal Event concept seems like it would be a good way for Polyphony to keep adding events to the game that pay out well, and also help keep players logging in every day.

Time Trials, AI Championships/races, drift trials, missions, casual oriented online quick races and more, all while being refreshed every week/month. Not sure why this didn't come at launch, considering 'Seasonal Events' is already listed as a feature on the back of the GT7 disc case.

"Limited-time events" is one of the points noted in the message to players last month, set to come "near-term" but without a specific date yet.
